About

Building is how I think: prototypes are my research method, and systems are how the work outlives me.

Most of my work sits where interface meets the physical world: AR navigation, world-scale VR, industrial wearables, and multimodal AI. I'm a formally trained HCI designer and a self-taught builder, and over nine years at Google that combination produced Live View, Earth VR's Street View integration, and Maps' first Gemini features. The work has earned 16+ industry awards, including 4 Webbys and a place on TIME's Best Inventions list.
